ECU Calibration & Programming
Controller configuration, calibration analysis, programming, integration, and fault-driven investigation.
Advanced powertrain controls, diagnostic engineering, instrumentation, and custom software—built to turn complex vehicle problems into evidence-supported decisions.
Practical development and troubleshooting across electronic control systems, test equipment, and commercial powertrains.
Controller configuration, calibration analysis, programming, integration, and fault-driven investigation.
Vehicle network communications, custom data acquisition, protocol analysis, and controller-interface tools.
Independent physical measurements and controlled testing to distinguish symptoms from the underlying defect.
Sensor integration, test fixtures, repeatability improvements, and engineering data analysis.
Experience developing standardized dynamometer processes, test-cell tools, and powertrain validation methods.
Custom workstation applications, diagnostic interfaces, logging, and analysis where general-purpose tools fall short.
Fault codes, controller parameters, and modeled values do not always tell the whole story. Our engineering approach relates what a control system commands to what the hardware actually does—then uses repeatable checks to confirm the result.
Separate observed symptoms, operating constraints, and competing explanations.
Bring together relevant controller data and physical measurements.
Choose discriminating tests and document whether the correction resolves the cause.
DTP is pursuing Causal Powertrain Verification for Forward Maintenance—a proposed portable, offline approach to combining vehicle-controller signals, independent measurements, and guided checks for more defensible diagnostic decisions.
This is an R&D concept. It is not presented as a completed, qualified, or commercially available product.
Dokkented Performance, LLC is an owner-operated Minnesota company supporting specialized powertrain engineering, diagnostics, instrumentation, and applied research.
Experience includes engineering subcontractor/consultant work supporting a U.S. Navy SBIR Phase I project. That experience does not represent a direct federal prime award to DTP.
Contact DTP about calibration, diagnostics, instrumentation, data acquisition, or specialized engineering development.
